On Wednesday, November 6th, I gave a Zentangle mini-class to a wonderful group of ladies from the Women in New Directions group. This is a local women’s support group sponsored by Dial Help for women who have been crime victims. Their flyer is here. Beth Jukuri, the talented quilt artist, organized this event. See her blog for pictures of her quilts and words of support and inspiration for survivors of abuse.

Didn’t they do a wonderful job? I love how all the ladies understood and appreciated the process of Zentangle and the enjoyment of focusing on the moment, without concern about outcome.

Thanks to Beth and to the WIND group for allowing me to share the joy of Zentangle with them
